With degrees in Economics and Finance, Philipp spent almost a decade as a leveraged finance banking professional in London and Hong Kong.

Thereafter, Philipp transitioned to venture investing in 2011, first through K5 Family Office, then via Blue Future Partners (BFP), a fund of funds he co-founded in 2015. As Chief Investment Officer of BFP, Philipp invested in over 50 VC funds across three fund of funds vintages, building a deep network and profound expertise in the process.

Philipp has been active as a board member of several startups, sat on LP Advisory Boards of numerous funds and is a frequent speaker at international conferences across Europe and Asia.
